Keith Pelletier, general manager at Dielectric announced in January the completion of 600 antennas in just under 18 months.
“We are quickly approaching 700 booked antennas at Dielectric, and the team is proving to the world why we are the best in the Industry,” Pelletier said in a LinkedIn update. “All but just over 100 are completely designed electrically and mechanically and have final prints to procure material.”
Pelletier credited the success to his staff.
“The ability to change process, procedures, and challenge each other to do things better is outstanding,” Pelletier said. “The team continues to look for more efficient and accurate ways to improve. But hats off to them for the moment, they have designed almost 600 antennas in just under 18 months. I am proud to work by them each and every day.”
