Vince Castelli has been an active buyer of low-power television stations. In early November, he completed his Castelli Media’s purchase of a group of LPTVs associated with John Kyle and his King Forward and King Spectrum licensees. This followed a July 2022 agreement to acquire a LPTV in Florida’s Panhandle from Jeff Winemiller.
