Advanced Television Broadcasting Alliance filed comments in the NPRM 20-145 supporting the future of LPTV in the Broadcast Internet Services future. In the comments, Lee Miller, ATBA Executive Director, commended the Commission for allowing broadcasters to transition to ATSC 3.0 and also the flexibility given to LPTV licensees. The ATBA had requests that would enable LPTV to contribute their innovative business plans as well as their expertise to the realization and full potential of Broadcast Internet Services.
