Mako Communications, a Texas limited liability company has closed on the sale of the construction permits for K10RU-D and K12XN-D both Salinas, Calif., to Rubin Broadcasting.
The sale price was $55,000.
Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group was the exclusive broker for the seller.
